1 Unless a Data Location Selection is offered by Google and made by Customer as defined in the Google Cloud Terms of Service, Google may process and store Customer Data anywhere Google or its agents maintain facilities, including Google Cloud Platform locations and Google data centers. Firebase services subject to the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service are "Services" and/or "Software" as defined in that agreement, and as such are subject to the Google Cloud Platform Service Specific Terms that are part of the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service.
3 This product is subject to the Pre-GA Offerings Terms, as stated in the service specific terms of the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service.
4 This product is a Generative AI service, and use of the service is subject to the Generative AI Services terms in service specific terms of the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service.
5 Generative AI features within Firebase Studio are provided by Gemini in Firebase (no-cost).
6 Firebase AI Logic provides a proxy service, client SDKs, and other features offered under the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service. Any usage of the Gemini Developer API or the Vertex AI Gemini API is subject to their specific terms.
